What we collect on rook
We at rook collect personal data in several contexts. During account registration, we collect your email address, chosen password, full name, and date of birth. These data allow us to create your account and send you account notifications (password resets, security alerts, promotional messages if you opt in).
For Know-Your-Customer verification, we require a government-issued ID photo and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months). We collect this data to comply with local gaming regulations and to confirm your identity before you can withdraw funds. We store KYC documents securely and retain them for the duration of your account plus a retention period mandated by local law.
When you deposit or withdraw funds on rook, we collect payment method details (your e-wallet ID, bank account number, or QRIS code), the transaction amount, and the timestamp. We use this data to process your payment, prevent fraud, and provide you with transaction history. We retain payment records for at least five years to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
During live-dealer sessions, we record your bets, wins, losses, and chat interactions. We use this data to settle your account accurately and to monitor for suspicious patterns (such as collusion or bonus abuse). We do not record video or audio of live-dealer sessions on your end—our HD broadcast captures dealer and table actions, not player cameras or voices.

How we use your data on rook
We at rook use your personal data for specific, lawful purposes. We use your registration data (name, email, date of birth) to create and manage your account, send security alerts, and communicate about account updates or service changes.
